Whenever you have decided for a candidate, we will provide you with the contract to be signed with the employee. Contracts with domestic staff (especially coming from abroad) are quite strictly regulated and need to follow the legal requirements. duran ACTS contracts have been fully approved by SECO's legal department.

Consequently, ACTS will immediately start with the 3RD STEP, i.e. the processing of the papers to obtain the work and residency permit, whenever appropriate.

Should you know an Au-Pair or a Nanny, we are happy to help you legalize her/him in Switzerland, by obtaining the work permit and the Visa (according to legal requirements).

We know how important it is to be able to TRUST that the person you hire for taking care of your kids and who will be living under your roof is fully honest and trustworthy; therefore it is crucial to apply very high standards for the screening of the personnel. Based on our long-term experience in recruiting and assessing staff at all levels, we have put in place a very systematic and comprehensive approach to child caregiver’s selection.

Also we provide you with an all-in assistance around hiring a person from abroad, including the issuance of a contract, the paper work to obtain a VISA, counselling, etc..

Upon request we can assist you with the usual employer’s administration / pay-roll:

  • Ordering the AHV/OASI insurance card
  • Registration as an employer with the Social Security branch of your canton
  • Registration with the “Auffangeinrichtung BVG"

Within our "full package" services:
The 1ST STEP will consist in meeting with your family at your place of living and discuss your needs for best matching with the Au-Pair/Nanny.

The 2ND STEP will consist for you in choosing one of our candidates. Only the most qualified Au-pairs/Nannies are accepted after a rigorous screening process:

  • We check qualifications and experience
  • We conduct in-depth structured interviews
  • We check reputation through references
  • We conduct a police clearance check
  • We provide you with a complete application file including CV, results of assessment, photos and sometimes short video of the candidate
