What we do • The first step is to talk to us about your requirements. Please call our office at 044 830 31 83 or 076 337 31 83; or write us a short email at email@example.com with your contact number, and we will call you back within 24 hours. • Our family consultant will personally visit and confer with your family at the convenience of your home. • We will liaise with you to organize a shortlist of candidates that we think meets your family’s needs. • We will handpick the candidates that are the best match to your needs so you are not inundated with unsuitable CV’s.
What are the requirements in hiring an Au Pair Swiss regulations specify that your family can employ an au pair if the following are met: • A family that has at least one child aged 16 or younger • One parent should be present at home for at least 50% of your au pair’s working hours. • One parent should have German, Italian, or French as mother tongue • Can provide a lockable, livable well-heated room with windows in your home for your Au pair • Willing to cover the cost of your au pair’s mandatory 2nd language lessons (minimum of 120 lessons per year) • Can provide your au pair’s minimum allowance set by Swiss laws • Willing to cover the cost or half the cost of your au pair’s accident and health insurance • Will allow four weeks of paid vacation • Is financially secure
